    A) You should receive a Product Recall Notice from Shared Service Systems. We ask that you please contact Shared Services Customer Service Team, at 1-800-228-9976 to determine next steps. This will ensure proper arrangements can be made to have product returned to Shared Service Systems and determine if a credit will need processed.
  2. If product was purchased from another source other than Shared Service Systems:

    A) Please follow the product recall notice you received from the manufacturer.
